Orders & Shipping

When will my order ship?
All our wall art pieces are made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

How long does shipping take?
Delivery times vary by location:
    •    U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days
    •    International Orders: 7–14 business days

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to all countries internationally. Shipping costs and times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We begin processing orders immediately to ensure timely delivery. If you need to make changes, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
Due to the custom nature of our products, we accept returns only for items that are damaged or defective upon arrival. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue.

How do I initiate a return?
Email us at jason@waxvino.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We’ll guide you through the return process.

Do you offer exchanges?
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at jason@waxvino.com.

Product Information

What materials are used in your wall art?
Our pieces are printed on high-quality, archival-grade paper using fade-resistant inks to ensure longevity and vibrancy.

Do the prints come framed?
Currently, all of our prints come framed and ready to hang.

How should I care for my print?
To maintain the quality of your print, keep it out of direct sunlight and handle it with clean hands. Framing behind glass is recommended for protection.

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and other secure payment options available at checkout.
