At Waxvino, we are committed to delivering high-quality, archival wall art. Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds to ensure clarity and fairness.

Return Eligibility
    •    Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
    •    Condition: Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
    •    Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized orders are non-returnable, except in cases of damage or defect.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective: 
    1.    Contact us at jason@waxvino.com within 7 days of delivery.
    2.    Provide a clear photo of the item and packaging.
    3.    Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or full refund.

Return Process

To initiate a return:
    1.    Email jason@waxvino.com with your order number and reason for return.
    2.    Await our response with return instructions.
    3.    Ship the item back using a trackable method. 

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.

Refunds
    •    Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    •    Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at jason@waxvino.com.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or refund.
